Sophie Turner has dropped the "wrongful retention" claims she filed against estranged husband, Joe Jonas, regarding the custody of the couple's two daughters. Court documents state a US judge approved to dismiss the filing after both Joe and Sophie signed a consent plan approved by a UK judge. Last September, Sophie sued Joe for wrongful retention, alleging he was withholding their daughters' passports, not allowing them to return to England. The complaint called for "the immediate return of children wrongfully removed or wrongfully retained." Sophie's legal team asserted the "wrongful retention" began on September 20th. Just recently, the two agreed to have the filing dismiss "with prejudice, and without attorneys’ fees, expenses, costs and/or disbursements awarded to either party" after the agreement was approved in the UK.
