Monica Garcia Leaves ‘RHOSLC’ After 1 Season

After one season of 'Real Housewives of Salt Lake City' (RHOSLC), Monica Garcia is heading away.

It was reported that she would be leaving the show after a bombshell revealed she was part of the Reality Von Tease Instagram account, which targeted other cast members Jen Shah, Heather Gay, Whitney Rose, Meredith Marks, and Lisa Barlow.

Jen Shah is currently behind bars for fraud.

The announcement was released hours before Monica was set to make her final appearance on the show.

Earlier this month, Andy Cohen revealed it was "too early to speculate” about her possible return to the show.

“I think one of the great things about the reunions is that it’s a chance for people to say their piece and kind of appeal to their castmates if they’ve been ostracized. I think it’s a conversation to be had after the reunion airs and see where people are at — fans and castmates.”

Monica had joined the RHOSLC women for season four, which premiered last September. She made waves during the finale when she was revealed to be one of the multiple people behind the Reality Von Tease Instagram account.

She quickly admitted to her involvement after it was confirmed she had access to the account.

“I have your perfect formula: receipts, proof, timeline, screenshots, f—king everything to prove that you are a f—king bully and a f—king troll and you do not deserve to be at this table or anywhere near any of us for the way you’ve treated us!. Every single one of us has woken up in fear for the s—t that you posted!”

Monica said the account was "never just one person."

“It wasn’t just me. There were several other humans involved, but bottom line, our mission was to take down Jen. The other women were just collateral damage.”

She ended the episode by revealing she "knew" this information would come out, and said, "Even Gossip Girl couldn’t stay Gossip Girl forever.”

Part three of the 'Real Housewives of Salt Lake City' reunion will air on January 23rd, at 8PM ET.
