Jessica Biel Gets Stuck On Plane

Jessica Biel has posted a TikTok, captioned "Airplane Chronicles Part 1," where she documented her experience being trapped on a plane, which couldn't land in its destination thank to extreme weather.

“I am currently on a short flight and we cannot land because of this crazy snow storm. It’s making the runway inhospitable to land.”

While waiting for an update, she explained what the only thing was that helped her while the plane continued circling.

“Luckily, I brought all my favorite snacks — and I brought extra."

She showed off pistachios, a fruit bar, a clementine, and other snacks, stating "favourite" for each as she held them up.

She added that she doesn't regret not packing lunch, but is happy to have remembered to pack "triple of each” snack before leaving.

“And just for good measure, in case it gets really, really desperate up here... How much would this plane literally want to kill me if I pulled out this microphone to start karaoke with them. Should I try it?”

She proceeded to hold up a purple box labelled Mini Karaoke Machine.

She ended the video with a bunch of reminders including, "Bring your own lunch, bring your snacks on the plane.”

The video was dedicated to Mindy Kaling, referencing the star's plane salad that she shared on Instagram, back in November.

Mindy revealed the salad was inspired by Jessica, from a situation where they were on the same flight together over a decade ago, and Jessica remembered to pack her own lunch.

“I remembered this one time, maybe like 14 years ago, when I sat next to @jessicabiel on a flight. An hour in, she pulled out this container from her tote bag. It had the most delicious looking homemade salad in it that was definitely a better option than whatever I was eating. I always wanted to ask her what the recipe was!”

While reminiscing on that moment, Jessica gave a shout-out to Mindy in the TikTok, saying "Love you Mindy.”

One final update came, when Jessica revealed her "epic journey" was still happening.

“Well this epic journey continues. We’re now sitting in an outpost of the Salt Lake City airport, not allowed to get off, trying to re-fuel and actually get back up in the air. And now, I’m really pissed I didn’t bring a lunch.”

“Okay the plot thickens. We are going to take back off and see if the wind has calmed down and if they have cleared the ice off the runway. See if it’s possible to land without getting blown out of the sky. If not, come back to L.A.”

She ended the update video on a high note saying, "We finally landed. We made it. Wow, that was nuts. Hope everybody has safe travels wherever they’re off to.”
