Jennifer Lopez Sells Bel Air Mansion For $34 Million
Jennifer Lopez has sold her Bel-Air mansion, coming in at just under $34 million.
The eight-acre estate was originally put on the market for $42.5 million, almost six months after Jennifer celebrated her marriage to Ben Affleck.
It's over 12,000 square feet and was listed with Brett Lawyer of Carolwood Estates.
A video has been provided to YouTube by Carolwood Estates, that shows a close up of the mansion.
In the video, fans see a glimpse of the multiple amenities, which include a library and sitting room, private theater, and a guest house which can function as a gym or studio.
It sits behind large brown wood gates and is surrounded by a lot of nature.
An assortment of stone and wood is carried out throughout, and once inside, the main level contains a living area with a bar and fireplace, as well as a view of the property's terrace.
The chef's kitchen boasts two islands and the option to lounge in the built-in breakfast area/formal dining room.
There is also another separate guest cottage on the property, with a large motor court. On the grounds is a 100-seat amphitheater, pagoda with a firepit, an entertainment pavilion with a full kitchen, a private lake with sandy beach, and an outdoor shower.
Ben Affleck has opened up about his marriage to Jennifer.
"Let me tell you something that's gonna upset you. Jennifer just eats whatever she wants. Whatever she wants. She eats cookies, ice cream, everything. She works out. I work out too, but I don't magically appear to be 20 years old, you know what I mean, with perfect skin and the whole thing."
"There's no taking away from the work ethic. The work ethic is real, the discipline is real, but also the superhuman thing is real. She's the most gorgeous woman in the world, she looks spectacular."
