Selena Gomez Addresses Dua Lipa Feud Rumors

When it comes to the feud rumours between Dua Lipa and Selena Gomez, Selena is asking everyone to calm down. 

It was noticed earlier this year that Selena had unfollowed Dua Lipa on Instagram, and fans starting speculating there may be a feud between the two. However, Selena is setting the record straight.

"It was an accident! I was just cleaning up some of my Instagram. Then somebody called me and was like, 'What happened with Dua?!'"

The official clarification came months after the incident, however at the time, she did make efforts to show support for Dua.

She even shared a post donning an outfit from Dua's collaboration with Versace, featuring a black dress covered in white dots and colourful butterflies.

She finished it off while white sunglasses. "A little Versace/Dua moment."

This isn't the only musical feud Selena has been a part of.

In August, she and Miley Cyrus announced they'd each be releasing new songs on the same day. And this raised eyebrows from many who wondered whether the release was coincidental.

Selena and Miley were both quick to dispel feud rumors.

"@mileycyrus and I both have a SINGLE SOON and we are releasing on the same day. We have been friends since we USED TO BE YOUNG. Excited for August 25!!!"

She even poked fun at the rivalry by sharing clip from 'Hannah Montana' where they played dueling popstars.

Miley also took advantage of the moment to reshare the clip. "@selenagomez and I are both dropping our SINGLEs SOON. I say we #USEDTOBEYOUNG."
