Ariana Grande Disputes With Dalton Gomez Over Prenup

It's been revealed Ariana Grande had disputes with ex Dalton Gomez before reaching an agreement on their divorce settlement. 

Court documents reveal they had "disputes" over the prenup but "reached a compromise" to settle.

It remains unclear what they didn't agree on, by Ariana agreed to give Dalton $1,250,000 tax-free and half of the net proceeds from the sale of their LA home. 

She will also cover up to $25,000 of his attorney’s fees. There will be no spousal support.

She will keep her personal belongings including cars, jewelry, and a Yoshitomo Nara painting.

Dalton will keep ownership of his own belongings including his own separate Nara painting. 

They will equally divide their home furnishings.

The prenup also states neither of them can publicly release any photos or videos from the relationship, and not do any interviews or write any books or articles about the marriage.

Ariana filed for divorce in September and listed February 20th as the separation date.

It was confirmed they "separated" after two years of marriage due to a "rough patch."

“Ariana and Dalton have been having some issues for months now. They were having issues before she left for Wicked filming [in London] that they couldn’t resolve, and the distance did not help. They haven’t been speaking.”

The same month, Ariana moved on with 'Wicked' costar Ethan Slater, who had also recently split from his estranged wife. 

Soon after news of their relationship broke, Ethan filed for divorce.

In August, it was revealed both Ethan and Ariana “were separated” from their respective spouses “when they started dating," and they were "trying to be as respectful as possible."

Following backlash from the new relationship, another insider revealed Ariana had been advised to be more low-key.

"Ariana’s been told it’s too soon to go public with him and to take things slower. She’s very aware of how she’s perceived by her fans, and she’s trying to be mature. [But] if it were up to her, she’d be seen with him tomorrow.”

Even though the two have remained out of the spotlight together, they have taken the next step in their relationship.

“Ethan informed his friends and soon-to-be ex-wife [Lilly Jay] that he’s living with Ariana full-time in New York."
