Harry Styles' Former LA Home Sold for $6.7 Million

Not long after Harry Styles marked the last show on his two year tour, his former Hollywood Hills home has sold for $6.7 million. 

It's a gated 4,401 square foot property with four bedrooms and six bathrooms, first purchased by Harry in 2016, selling it in July 2019 for $6 million. It hit the market again last October for $7.955 million.

Emma Hernan, from the Oppenheim Group and 'Selling Sunset,' is the home's listing agent, and confirmed the sale saying she was excited the "rare gem" found a new owner.

"This unique, one-of-a-kind home perched just above the Sunset Strip is on to its exciting next chapter. I am thrilled to close on this truly amazing property as it is such a rare gem in the world famous Hollywood Hills!” 

She previously revealed the home has "a flowing, functional floor plan that embraces easy California living with great outdoor space." She also said its location is on "one of the most coveted pockets in L.A., nestled between the Bird Streets to the West and Sunset Plaza to the East."

The two story property also has an impressive view of LA downtown, which can be admired from the backyard, which has a pool and hot tub.

There's greenery amidst a home theatre, gym, and private terrace. The views can be enjoyed from inside thanks to the high ceilings and walls of glass, surrounded by hardwood floors and a fireplace.

The kitchen has sleek white cabinetry, gray stone countertops, a large center island, and top-of-the-line appliances. Guest bedrooms each include an ensuite bathroom, and its primary suite includes a large, infinity-edge tub and a walk-in shower.
