Louis Tomlinson & Pete Doherty’s Record Labels Join Forces For New Music

Louis Tomlinson and Pete Doherty have brought their record labels together to release new music by upcoming artist Andrew Cushin.

Both artists are set to support Andrew with the release of his debut album 'Waiting For The Rain.'

The LP, released on September 29th, will be available from Pete's 'Strap Originals,' known for signing new, original artists and retaining their right to evolve and take creative control of their work.

Louis Tomlinson has offered a supporting hand with the release, looking to help Andrew reach a wider audience.

Louis and Andrew met last year, after Louis say Andrew's appearance on Sky Sports' 'Soccer AM' show. He offered him a supporting slot in London, leading to support shows across the US and Europe through this year.

“As somebody who has been interested in up-and-coming acts, working with Andrew was a no-brainer. With his incredible voice partnered with his honesty in lyric I’m really excited to work alongside Peter and the Strap Originals team to help Andrew reach as many people as possible."

Andrew said, "It’s amazing to have someone as established as Louis fighting in my corner. It’s been a pleasure getting to know him on and off the stage and I’m learning a great deal from him and his team. I’m looking forward to what I know will be an enjoyable and hugely beneficial collaboration together.”

Andrew has recently released 'Wor Flags,' his latest single from the upcoming album, arriving on August 2nd, and is the fifth track from the LP. Other tracks released are 'It's Coming Round Again,' '4.5%,' 'You'll Be Free,' and 'Dream For A Moment.'

‘It’s Coming Round Again’ arrived in June, featuring an intimate music video, filmed during Andrew's time touring across North America with Louis.

Following the release of his debut album, Andrew is set to embark on a UK headline tour.
