Kanye West Performs For First Time Since Antisemitic Comments

Kanye West has surprised the audience at Travis Scott's show, by performing two songs in his first public performance since making antisemitic comments towards the end of last year.

"Only one human being on this motherf---ing planet that has ever walked side by side with me through anything and every motherf---ing thing," said Travis.

During his performance of his new album 'Utopia,' he invited Kanye on stage to rap 'Praise God' and 'Can't Tell Me Nothing.'

“There is no Utopia without Kanye West. There is no Travis Scott without Kanye West. There is no Rome without Kanye West. Make some noise for Ye.”

His performance was met with applause, however the comments he made last year brought condemnation from his colleagues. He also faced suspensions on social media.

Elon Musk suspended him on December 2nd, 2022.

"I tried my best. Despite that, he again violated our rule against incitement to violence. Account will be suspended."

He also lost endorsement deals, and major brand partnerships, including Gap, Balenciaga, Adidas, and more. He lost his status as a billionaire.

He 'X' account was reinstated in late July following an eight month suspension. He however, cannot monetise posts, and advertising won't be shown alongside his messages. He has yet to post again.

He was also seen travelling in Italy with Yeezy brand architect Bianca Censori before the concert.

The last time he performed was in February 2022, which was a launch event for his album 'Donda 2.' DaBaby (who has made homophobic remarks, 2021), and Marilyn Manson (facing several lawsuits for alleged sexual misconduct), performed with him.
