Joe Jonas And Sophie Turner Sell Home For $15 Million

Joe Jonas and wife Sophie Turner have sold their Miami mansion on the water for $15 million, having bought the house for $11 million in 2021.

It's located in the Bay Point gated community, and was put on market for $16,995 million in November last year. The six bedroom home was their main residence.

Fazeel Khan, the buyer, is a real estate investor who splits his time between Miami and New York.

With almost 100 feet of frontage on a canal running into Biscayne Bay, the home dates to around 1980, with 10,500 square feet of interior space. It was redesigned for Joe and Sophie by Sarah Ivory, and has a tropical feel with coral rock walls, wood beam ceilings, winding glass staircases, and indoor water features.

There is a two sided travertine fireplace in the living room, and a two story library space in the billiards room, with two outdoor swimming pools, one for adults and one for children. It also has a sauna, gym, and wine room.

It was listed by Carl Gambino of Compass, whereas the buyer was represented by David Pullman of One Sotheby's International Realty.
