Britney Spears and Sam Asghari Split Up

Following only 14 months of marriage, Britney Spears and Sam Asghari have split up, after a fight about alleged cheating. The two have yet to comment publicly.

“Britney and Sam have their ups and downs, but nobody can deny they love each other very much." At the time it was noted they were “determined to make their marriage work."

Kids ended up becoming another topic of discussion. 

“Britney really ​​wants kids in the near future, but Sam isn’t so sure."

Since, Britney has raised eyebrows regarding an NSFW video on a pole.

“Got this pole two days ago and last night was my first time on it !!! 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🌹🌷🌷."

The two wed in June last year, and in November, Britney admitted she didn't feel "present" at the wedding.

“Wow I got married this year not sure I was honestly that PRESENT because I haven’t had real consciousness in 3 years. There was a lot of talking and SPEAKING at the party !!! Not for me unfortunately because when you can’t breathe your body can’t relax enough to speak !!!”

Earlier that day, she revealed Sam had been "gone working" and she was excited for him to come home.

“Supposed to be a week, but ended up being a whole month … it was really hard … he’s home now acting up … I know he’s pretty hot 🥵🥵🥵 !!!”

Britney has also had her ups and downs over the years.

In May last year, the two announced suffering a pregnancy loss.

“It is with our deepest sadness we have to announce that we have lost our miracle baby early in the pregnancy. This is a devastating time for any parent. Perhaps we should have waited to announce until we were further along however we were overly excited to share the good news. Our love for each other is our strength. We will continue trying to expand our beautiful family. We are grateful for all of your support. We kindly ask for privacy during this difficult moment.”

Britney announced the pregnancy that April, and had previously claimed during her conservatorship, that she was on birth control, and wasn't allowed to get married or have any more children.

The conservatorship ended in November 2021 after 13 years.

“History was made today. Britney is Free! ❤️.”

It also appears that Jamie Spears, Britney's sister thought a split was coming, as she subtly liked a post regarding the breakup.

"They're separated and it's best for Britney."

Not long after, Sam filed paperwork to be legally separated from Britney. It lists the date of separation as July 28th, 2023 and cited "irreconcilable differences" as the reason.

It's also been reported he is asking for spousal support and attorneys fees, however the filing states he "has yet to determine the full nature and extent of the separate property assets and obligations of each party."
