Naomi Campbell has announced she has welcomed a baby boy into the world at the age 53.

“My little darling, know that you are cherished beyond measure and surrounded by love from the moment you graced us with your presence. A True Gift from God 🙏🏾, blessed! Welcome Babyboy. #mumoftwo. It’s never too late to become a mother.”

Friends and colleagues of the star spread love throughout the comment section.

“Congratulations Omi!!” said Donatella Versace.

Golda Rosheuvel added, “Congratulations my love. Best news.”

La La Anthony said, “Such a beautiful blessing.”

Other commenters included Winnie Harlow, Claudia Schiffer, Samantha Ronson and Joseph Altuzarra.

Naomi secretly welcomed her first child in 2021 at the age of 50.

“I can count on one hand the number of people who knew that I was having her. But she is the biggest blessing I could ever imagine. It’s the best thing I’ve ever done.”

Naomi made note she was “not adopted. She’s my child.”

She also didn’t rule out the idea of having more kids in the future. “Why not?”

Before he daughter was born, she thought about having kids "all the time" but wasn't sure about being a single mother.

“Now with the way science is I think I can do it when I want. I do want a father figure. I think it’s important. It’s the way I feel today, sitting here talking to you.”

Two years later, rumours circulated about her having another child when she shared an image of herself holding a baby on Mother's Day. She clarified the photo was taken at an orphanage she visited in Nigeria.

She wasn't opposed to adopting though, she revealed later that year.

“I’ll see what the universe brings me. For now, what the universe has delivered is very much in the spirit of a chosen family.”
