Meghan Markle Accused Of Faking Podcast Interviews

Meghan Markle has been accused of faking her "Archetypes" podcast, with allegations the interviews were not conducted by her.

It was reported some of the interviews were completed by members of her staff, and audio of her asking questions was added later.

This comes shortly after Spotify and Archewell released a joint statement saying they have “mutually agreed to part ways and are proud of the series we made together.”

It was previously revealed the media company (Archewell) was producing enough content to receive the full payout of $20 million agreed to in a deal in 2020.

“Meghan is continuing to develop more content for the ‘Archetypes’ audience on another platform,” a spokeswoman said.

Bill Simmons, sportswriter and podcaster has slammed Meghan and Harry saying her met with the Prince to talk about podcast ideas and called the two “f–king grifters."

It was speculated that Meghan didn't directly interview guests when writer Allison Yarrow shared on Instagram that she was “excited to be included in the visionary series.”

The post showed her in front of a sign for audio production house Gimlet Media. She even included thanks to an "Archetypes" producer for being "an excellent interviewer."

She had appeared on an episode titled 'To 'B' or Not To 'B' which spoke about how calling a woman "difficult" is “a code word for the B-word.”

Allison's explanations and comments were edited between comments from Meghan in the audio.

The royal couple had inked a deal with Spotify two and half years ago, however "Archetypes" which premiered last August, was the only project to come out of the deal with only 12 episodes.

The episodes include discussions with Jameela Jamil, Serena Williams, Paris Hilton, and Mindy Kaling, along with Allison Yarrow, psychologist Laura Kray and sociologist Nancy Wang Yuen.

Audio clips of the experts have been cut and interwoven between audio of Markle, making it unclear whether she actually spoke to any or all of the experts herself.
