Taylor Swift Stops Show To Yell At Security Guard

Taylor Swift has stopped halfway through a song on stage to defend a fan from a security guard.

She paused mid-performance during her Eras Tour to stand up for an audience member in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA.

A video from the show started circulating around social media, where the star can be heard stopping the show to speak to someone in the audience while singing 'Bad Blood.'

“She’s fine,” she can be heard saying between the lyrics.

“She wasn’t doing anything. Hey, stop! Stop.”

Once the situation seemed to have been resolved, she can be seen walking away and continuing her song.

The fan who had shared the video onto TikTok confirmed the security guard Swift had been talking to “was a pain in the a** the entire night”.

"The fact that this happened during Bad Blood made it even better."

Another fan who says they were in the audience at the time, explained further what happened.

“Taylor was yelling at a security guard because they fully kept putting their hands on us to physically push us off of the barricade instead of just telling us to move."

“(The) men didn’t even hesitate to touch us to move us and they were very very aggressive when they were doing it.

“We weren’t throwing anything, we weren’t screaming anything insane, she was fully coming over to dance and sing with us and it resulted in security being extremely aggressive for no reason.”

Taylor has since received a lot of praise on social media for going above and beyond for her fans.

“Okay her love for us is so strong. Taylor never goes off script for her concerts but the fact that whatever was going on was bad enough for her to do this just proves she would do anything for us and the love is 100 per cent reciprocated!”

“The way she ran back over as well to make sure the security guard actually stopped like what an icon," said another.

“OMG I’ve never seen her react like this please the way she has to continue singing in between LMAO.”

A third commented, “Taylor to the rescue!”
