Kellie Pickler's Husband's Cause of Death Revealed

Kellie Pickler's husband Kyle Jacobs' cause of death has been confirmed.

Kyle died by suicide on February 17th, at the age of 49. Toxicology reports indict he has no drugs in his system at the time of death, however he did have a history of "pseudoseizures, gastrointestinal bleeding, elevated liver enzymes, and chronic alcohol use."

This was confirmed by an autopsy report.



Metropolitan Nashville Police Department Officers were called to the couple's home on February 17th after Kellie couldn't Kyle when she woke up. A statement claims she and her assistant dialed 911 after being unable to open a door to an upstairs bedroom/office while looking for Kyle.

Kellie and Kyle were married in a private Caribbean wedding in 2011. Their life was chronicled on 'I Love Kellie Pickler' which ran from 2015 to 2017.

"We just do everything we can just to be real. We love laughing through life. We love to do that, and that's what the show is. Our show is love and laughter."

Kellie has yet to speak publicly surrounding her husband's death, however fellow country stars have paid tribute to Kyle since his passing.



Lee Brice, who collaborated with Kyle on 'Save the Roses' said he was "one of the best people anyone could ever hope to have in their corner."

"These past few days have truly been some of the hardest of my life. At times, I feel lost and buried under this deep sadness. Other times, I sit and remember all the times with Kyle that bring me comfort and make me smile."
