Zach Nichols and Jenna Compono From 'The Challenge' Welcome First Child

Stars of The Challenge, Jenna Compono and Zach Nichols have welcomed their first child to the world!

On September 3rd, Zach shared the news on Instagram with a post of a photo holding the little one's hand.

"Zach got to see him before me while he held my leg and watched him come out! But when he was put on my chest and we both got to see him it was amazing. We made this adorable little life. It's truly the best feeling ever. We haven't put him down once yet. We are completely obsessed," Jenna said.

Zach continued, "There is nothing that Jenna has done thus far in motherhood that hasn't impressed me. She made pregnancy look easy. She barely skipped a beat. Watching her go into labour, and then deliver our son was one of the most impressive things I'll ever witness, and the happiest moment of my life."

"But if you were to ask me in August of 2014 if I thought that hot blonde I met in Panama with the delicious bum would one day be the one to make me a dad, I would've laughed in your face. But here we are with this amazing life and beautiful baby boy."

The couple announced on Valentine's Day that they were expecting their first baby.

"After our wedding was postponed, we decided to start the next chapter of our lives. It really wasn't a hard decision for us, we were both super excited and ready. Luckily, we were fortunate enough to get pregnant on our first try and have had zero complications regarding my first trimester. We are truly blessed and we can't wait to meet our little one in August." Jenna said.

Soon after, Zach explained why he thought Jenna would be a good mother. 

"She's always had a way with kids. They love her so I know she'll be a natural. She's been an absolute trooper through the pregnancy and I'm so proud and impressed. It's a beautiful thing to be a part of. I'm also excited for our kid's friends to tell them their mum's a total MILF, because I think we can all agree that Jenna's gonna be a really hot mum."

Fans first fell in love with the two after they appeared on MTV's Battle of the Exes II. They had a brief split during The Challenge Rivals III but mended and came back together during Invasion of the Champions.

"I always kinda knew she was the one. I just knew I wasn't mature enough when we first met. I admire her ability to put everyone else's needs above her own. She's patient with me too, very patient. And keeps my life in order."

One month after their pregnancy announcement, the two got married in a small wedding ceremony in Michigan. The next few months were spent preparing for their little one.

"I'm excited to see Zach as a father because he's already a great fiancé, uncle, brother and friend. I can only imagine how great of a dad he will be. It's going to be funny to see such a big guy be a complete mush over this baby."
