G Flip and Renforshort Team Up For New Single

G Flip from Melbourne and renforshort from Canada have joined together for the new single 'Waiting Game.'

The song is about a relationship in turmoil, with both artists singing "We're going insane in this waiting game/but please don't give it up."

The tune features heavy vocal and textural electronics, coming off darker than G Flip's previous songs this year.

The music video is seen as grainy, and similar to a VHS tape. It was directed by Charles Buxton-Leslie and showcases G Flip surrounded by boxy TV sets.

When announcing the song on social media, renforshort said, "i am so excited thank u thank u thank @gflip for havin me on this ur a rockstar."

This is G Flip's fourth single this year. All of her tunes have been collaborations. They are 'Queen' featuring mxmtoon, 'Not Even in Vegas' with Thomas Headon and 'Boys & Girls' alongside Austrian producer filous.

G Flip also teamed up with Baker Boy on his latest single 'My Mind.'

In June, G Flip came out as non-binary, saying they've always felt like "a gender smoothie."

"I'm still the exact same person, non-binary is just the best way to explain who I am."

Renforshort has also released her second EP this year. It is called Off Saint Dominique.
