Zendaya has recently gone back to her Disney roots while reminiscing and explained she felt the need to set boundaries when she was a teenager.

The she was 14-years-old when she became Rocky Blue in Disney's Shake It Up. The show was a successful hit for three years.

"I remember being on Shake It Up and being like, 'I'm not gonna do this. I'm going to kiss him on the cheek because I haven't been kissed yet so I don't want the kiss to be on camera."

Nowadays, Zendaya isn't afraid to get intense and personal on screen. She is currently starring on HBO's Euphoria which explores complexities around sexuality, drug addiction, gender, and self-expression.

She has also recently made headlines for her sexy role in Netflix's Malcolm & Marie, where she stars alongside her love interest in the show, John David Washington, who is 12 years older than her.

While addressing controversy around the age gap between her and Washington, she said, "I guess I kind of understand it a little bit because I have been playing 16 since I was 16."

In real life, there are rumours circulating stating she's dating her Spider-Man: No Way Home co-star Tom Holland.

The rumours have been circulating since they starred in Spider-Man: Homecoming together in 2016. The two constantly laugh it off even after PEOPLE magazine reported they were a couple back in 2017.

Zendaya has always been pretty private about her dating life and the two stars have never confirmed a relationship.

The rumours resparked in July after they were seen kissing in a car while stopped at a traffic light in Los Angeles, California.
