Stephen Bear, Winner of Celebrity Big Brother, Pleads Not Guilty

Winner of Celebrity Big Brother, Stephen Bear, has pleaded not guilty to voyeurism and revenge porn offences.

The 31-year-old arrived at court wearing dark shades and a flashy white suit in order to pose for pictures.

Bear has denied all allegations he secretly filmed himself having sex with a woman before he shared the footage without gaining her consent.

He will be facing trial in February next year, where the topic of accusations he made the video at home on August 2nd last year will be discussed.

He allegedly then shared the private sexual imagery without the woman's consent. He allegedly uploaded the to porn sites OnlyFans and Pornhub on August 2nd and November 8th.

He has charges against him, one count of voyeurism, and two counts of disclosing private, sexual photographs or films with intent to cause distress.

He pleaded not guilty.

Judge Christopher Morgan then received a thumbs up from Bear. The defendant then went on to thank the justice after the ten-minute plea hearing.

After the hearing Bear said, "Thank you for that. It's nice to finally set a date when I can hopefully get my life back."

Bear has also previously appeared on Ex On The Beach. He appeared at court with a pink shirt under his white suit and pulled up in a black Mercedes that showcased a custom number plate with his name.

He proceeded to pose for photographers as if he were firing a machine gun, then pointed towards the cameras.

He showcased another thumbs up towards the cameras as he left the court steps while shouting the words "not guilty."

Bear appeared on and won Celebrity Big Brother in 2016, and has also co-presented Just Tattoo Of Us with Charlotte Crosby in 2017.

He has been released on bail and will be appearing in court again on February 7th, lasting roughly two to three days.

Just before he left, Judge Christopher Morgan said to him, "Your trial is now fixed for February 7 next year. If you don't attend when required to do so a warrant may be issued for your arrest."
